1. Who we are

Arbiris Protocol (“Arbiris”, “we”, “us”) operates the website at arbiris.uk. By using this website or submitting any form on it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. What this site is

This website describes Arbiris’s product, the AARF standard, and our Design Partner programme. It is a marketing and informational site, not a live customer platform. Nothing on this site constitutes financial, legal, or regulatory advice, and nothing here — including references to FCA SM&CR, the EU AI Act, GDPR, or Consumer Duty — guarantees that any particular use of Arbiris or the AARF standard will satisfy a regulator or supervisory body. Compliance outcomes depend on how a firm implements and operates its own controls.

3. The AARF standard

The AARF standard documentation referenced on this site is published under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0) licence and may be used in accordance with that licence. The AARF standard is separate from Arbiris’s proprietary SDK, compliance dashboard, and evidence pack generator, which are not covered by that licence and remain Arbiris’s property.

4. Early access and Design Partner applications

Submitting an early access or Design Partner application through this site is an expression of interest only. It does not create a contract, commitment, or obligation on either side, and does not entitle you to access, pricing, or a place in any cohort. We do not guarantee acceptance of any application or provide a service level agreement through this site.

If we proceed with you as a Design Partner or customer, the commercial relationship — including scope, pricing, data processing, and support commitments — will be governed by a separate agreement signed by both parties, which will take precedence over these terms for that relationship.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content from this site other than through standard search engine indexing
• Submit false, misleading, or automated (bot) submissions through our contact, early access, or AARF download forms
• Misrepresent your affiliation with Arbiris or your compliance status under the AARF standard
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to this site or its underlying systems

6. Intellectual property

The Arbiris name, logo, and site content (excluding the AARF standard documentation licensed under CC BY 4.0) are owned by Arbiris and may not be reproduced without permission. Personal data you submit through this site is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, not these terms.

7. Disclaimers and liability

This site and the information on it are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Arbiris is a pre-revenue company and features, timelines, and roadmap statements described on this site are subject to change. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arbiris is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our practices or the site change. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
